Launched in August 2015, HashChing is Australia's first online financial marketplace for consumers to secure great home loan deals from multiple lenders through verified local mortgage brokers who are helping Australians own their dream home sooner by saving thousands over the life of the loan. Our vision is to keep Australians financially smart by providing great home loan deals and financial information transparency thereby empowering them to make an informed decision. We pride ourselves on our service, which has won us a number of recognition in recent months. We have also received major coverage from various leading newspapers like the Sydney Morning Herald, The Canberra Times, The Financial Review and The Age. On this platform, consumers can also ask any questions related to home loans without sharing their details that are answered by our registered mortgage brokers only.
I'm Michael Mobbs, the 'off-grid guy' I'll help you go off-grid, or partly off-grid, too. We can all live a sustainable life. Cut your bills, reduce your pollution and get healthy with local food you grow or buy. Since 1996, I have had energy and water bills of less than $300 per year - the house has been disconnected from mains water and sewer since 1996. In March 2015, I disconnected my house from the poles and wires of the main electricity grid, and since then solar panels and batteries have powered the house. You can live partly or fully off-grid, too. You don't have to go all off-grid - choose what works for you, in your own time, in your own place. I'll work with you as a Sustainability Coach to choose options for going off-grid or partly off-grid.
With a passion for building and the World Heritage area that is the Blue Mountains, Joe Mercieca had a vision to build sustainable quality homes, with minimal impact on the environment – both during construction and when occupied. This was the catalyst for Blue Eco Homes. With an aim to reduce environmental impact both during construction and habitation of their homes, Blue Eco Homes continues to pioneer sustainable innovations in the building industry. We work with local designers to build sustainable residential and commercial properties simply not offered by traditional builders. As a family-owned and managed business, we place great pride in delivering quality work and a high level of personal service. We maintain high quality sustainable construction standards, and a dedication to providing positive service and outcomes for clients. Word-of-mouth and follow-on work is testament to our quality of work, and positive relationships with our clients, suppliers and contractors. Two fundamental principles underpin our business: To be recognised by our industry and peers as the “standard-setter” in new architect designed, environmental residential and commercial construction To conduct business with integrity, social and environmental awareness and fairness to all parties.
At Ecohabit we firmly believe everyone should experience living in a well designed home that is tailored around their lifestyle – one person’s ecohabits are different from the next. We spend the time to talk with our clients to understand what they would like to achieve. It is your home for you to live in and it is so important that the home suits you personally, and not others. As an architectural practice Ecohabit is always working for our clients. Should you wish, we are able to run your project through to the completion of the build ensuring your design and asset is protected. We are also able to provide a unique service where you don’t pay expensive upfront design and documentation costs usually associated with architecture. Let us show you how the architectural design process can be affordable to everyone, and fulfil my desire to see as many people living happily in well designed, thermally efficient homes in Western Australia.
